Terms & Conditions

ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Orders are processed pending stock availability and credit card verification
  • Once the order is verified a confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt
  • Once orders have been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order
  • If an order is being shipped within New York, local sales tax will apply

PRE-ORDER:

  • As our stock levels are constantly changing, we do our best to update the site to make sure pre-order is reflected per item
  • All purchases through our website are charged at point of sale, so your credit card will be charged as soon as your order even if the item is on pre-order
  • If multiple items are ordered along with a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together. If you would like to receive the additional items prior, please reach out to our customer service team (hey@tigerandeloise.com) and they will provide shipping costs    

SHIPPING:

  • When a shipment has left the Tiger & Eloise office, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments
  • If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact your shipping service for further information
  • If a package is returned to us by the shipping company with failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-send out of your order

RETURNS:

  • All returns must be issued within 7 days of receipt of purchase
  • The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags
  • Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Tiger & Eloise
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable and a processing fee may be applied
  • A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned
  • Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account
  • To process a return e-mail hey@tigerandeloise.com and we will guide you through the process

PAYMENT METHOD DECLINED:

  • Should you place an order on site, but not receive a confirmation email please contact hey@tigerandeloise.com to confirm your order has been received
  • If your payment method is declined and the order was not received, a charge may still appear on your credit card statement. This is a pending pre-authorized charge and is subject to change.
  • The hold that you see on your credit card could take up to 5-10 business days to be removed depending on your bank and their processing time

REPAIRS:

  • If you find an issue with your order, all inquiries must be emailed to hey@tigerandeloise.com within 48 hours of receipt
  • Repairs are on a case-by-case basis and will be dealt with accordingly
  • If merchandise is purchased through a retailer that is not our online site, please reach out to them directly for any merchandise issues
